Finally I can do just art!

You might be thinking what I have been doing all this time when I have been gone. Well I was in school and I become a chef and pass the final high school test. I beat the swedish yey!
I love to make food. It's great! But working in the kitchen is much more as you might know.
Most of time it's cleaning and washing the dishes and you will make food of course. But in the school everything was easy. When summer startted I went in my personal hell.
6 day of the week our team work like crazy. We have one freeday and everybody just sleep that day, because they know what is going to happend in next day.

My longest day in the restaurant was 18h... Yes 18 hours and normal day was 15 hours. I coulden't do anything. My personal life was paussed and my full life was in that kitchen. I wasn't the only one. Everybody else did the same in our team and you can't even imaginate how long our head chef worked. (He was there everyday... And I think he work everyday that 18 hours.)
And yeah I think I'm pretty mad, because I sign the pappers where reads I accept all this shit. Yes it was my own will and everybody elses own will. And I have to say I'm really glad I did it, because now I have truly saw how real stressfull season restaurant works. I could do kitchen work in future, but not like this maybe some cafe place or lunch place but not like this.

This took all my energy. I didn't eat well and I have heard that I have lost weight a lot. I didn't sleep well. I woke up 4 in the morning usually, just because I tought I will be late at the work. I didn't get own time. I have lot's of fight with my boyfriend. I stressed a lot. Work team was nice, but not the best. There was so much stupid drama with some peoples...
And yes. It's the work where you hear lot of shit what is not personal, but it made me down many times because I wanna do my work well. (Well I tought I made it well. they didn't kick me off or anything and they give me last day special coffee, hugs and asked me to visit for my freetime in there. )

Good thing that happend is that I got in to the art collage! Finally I can study it and finally I can truly do what I really like to do. This chef thing can be my "Do if you must" job, but not all time work. It will be art. I'm so happy that I get there! I can't wait for the moving in new town and study the arts. I'm gonna be artist for real yey!!!
And sorry for all you guys in here that I haven't keep contact at all, but as I said I have no time at all for be here or do all that staff I wanted. I hope you will forgive me that because now I can do what my heart asks me to do
